MARCH FITNESS PLAN!

Soooo I'm going to try this again... yes, again. I tried to do a fitness plan for the month of May and lasted 5 days (sadly). I realized what I was doing wrong. It really does take trial and error to figure things out. I was cutting to much out to fast and I was having too many cravings for all the wrong things. This time I am going to keep it as minimal as possible and I found how to handle my craving for sweets. 


31 DAYS:
  • WATER & BLACK TEA ONLY (Both have 0 calories)
  • NO FAST FOOD 
  • NO SWEETS
  • NO EATING AFTER 7:00PM
  • NO WHITE FOODS (BREAD, PASTA, RICE)

WORKOUTS:
  • 5 TIMES A WEEK 
    • 30 - 45 mins of Cardio
    • 15 min Weights
    • 5 mins Abs



Why I'm doing this:

I really need to change my eating habits. Lately, I've noticed (in the pass few months) that my stomach has become very sensitive to unhealthy foods, especially fast food. Also, my stomach is getting bigger and THAT ain't sexy! 

Honestly, the hardest part for me will be:
1. Weekends - restaurants
2. Late at night - bored

But Lundy is a great supporter so he'll tell me "No" to something that is unhealthy, which is what I need. We have this inside joke; he'll tell me this if I say I don't want to work out, "If you don't work out the noodles win" - Lundy. Lol 


The Stats:
I'm 5'7 and 161. I don't look like it all, but yes this is how much I weight. I want to lose a little bit in my thighs, tone arms, lose the side fat, and a flatter stomach. 


I'm basically going to EAT LESS, WORKOUT MOREIt's going to be hard but I'm ready for the challengeSo let's get started. Tomorrow is DAY 1!!!
